Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was well appointed and clean. Really like the dual shower heads in the shower. It was my birthday and the staff helped a friend of mine surprise me with a gift waiting in the room and then the Radisson gave me one, too! Very thoughtful and a nice touch. We also received services at Blush Salon which was lovely. I really enjoyed the use of their steam room. And, we had dinner at Brick and Brine which was fantastic. Location is also great if you want to walk to other local restaurants and bars.

I liked being so close to everything and restaurants that we didn't have to drive anywhere to go get dinner or breakfast.

I loved that the pool and hot tub were working perfectly. I loved that the security was high with only allowing you to access your floor. The renovations were great and the room was so clean!

The ice machine made noise in our room every time it need3d to add water, this should not vibrate through the wall, go listen and see if you would accept that?

We got a concierge level room and they had a private lounge with breakfast just for that floor. Brick and brine was amazing for dinner during restaurant week. And old Burdick right next door was a different setting but just as neat. The seats all around the hotel made it interesting to just sit and have conversations. Starbucks in the morning right downstairs too.
